Terms of payment and delivery

All prices are quoted in euros (€) per unit and quantity specified, plus freight and applicable VAT. We ship via German Parcel Service (DPD). We automatically ship via haulier/pallet if it reduces your freight costs.

Germany: Payment: 10 days with 2% discount or 30 days net. A 3% discount applies if payment is made by direct debit within 10 days. Freight: The freight charge is € 7.30 per parcel, and we optimise packing to keep your costs to a minimum. Delivery is free if the value of goods delivered is € 1,000.00 net or more. Delivery time: 1 - 2 business days for goods stocked. Minimum order value: € 75.00.

EU + Switzerland: We will ship your first order on advance payment minus 2%. Subsequent orders are shipped on open account. 10 days with 2% discount or 30 days net. Freight costs are calculated per parcel, and we optimise packing to keep your costs to a minimum. Delivery time: 1 - 5 days for goods stocked. Minimum order value: € 75.00.

* Cost of customs clearance per shipment: € 35.00. We bear these expenses for shipments of € 500.00 and up. An island surcharge may apply to goods shipped to an island.

Non-EU: We will ship your first order on advance payment minus 2%. We'll be glad to let you know the freight costs in advance. Cost of customs clearance per shipment: € 35.00. Minimum order value: € 500.00.

This order will become effective with our order confirmation. Minor variations (normal for natural materials) in weight, print quality, colour, material and dimension are a result of the manufacturing process and are not cause for a complaint.
